The primary bathroom features double sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Guest bathroom includes a modern vanity and walk-in shower. Goggles and some toys are also available. • Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a small cooler, beach toys, Shark teeth sifters and a beach mat are located in the garage. • No pets allowed—$500 will be implemented if evidence of animal on premises • Pool can be heated for $100 a week • No parties- we want to respect our neighbors. There will be zero tolerance for parties or noise complaints. This is a residential area and we’d like to keep the neighborhood peaceful. • No Smoking or Vaping of any kind on the premises, indoor or outdoor. Why we love it... Our Family loves the beach and our friends moved to Bradenton a few years ago. We bought this house so we could enjoy family time and also visit with our friends. We love the location; close to Bradenton beach but also a quick drive down to Venice! There is always something to do in the area. UTC, St. Armands, Venice, just to name a few select few, always have events going on!
